Job Description: Vintura, a Cencora company is seeking an experienced and commercially successful Director to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategy consulting within the Life Sciences sector and be a native English speaker residing in or near London. This role requires a strategic thinker with an active client network and a passion for driving business growth. Your home office will be in London. This role is client-facing and therefore may involve travel, working in other parts of the UK as well as overseas depending on the needs of the project. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a broad range of consulting projects within the Life Sciences sector, such as Value Based Partnerships, Market Access, Policy Shaping, Organisational Change Management, Commercial Strategy and Commercial Due Diligence, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve company objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, leveraging your active network to generate new business opportunities. Provide expert advice and insights to clients, helping them navigate complex challenges and achieve their strategic goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery. Mentor and develop the UK Team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. Focus on further building out the Vintura team in London, contributing to the growth and success of the office. Qualifications: Proven track record in strategy consulting within the Life Sciences sector (minimum 6 years’ high-end external strategy consulting experience) Full proficiency in English, with preference given to candidates who are also proficient in a second language. Residing in or near London. Demonstrated commercial success and ability to drive business growth. Active client network with strong relationships in the industry. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Education: Degree from a leading university (MEng, MRes, MSc). PhD beneficial but not required). Personal Attributes: Energetic, entrepreneurial, and able to connect with people effectively.
